ELIZABETH CIZEK
24/7 SRC Member-At-Large, Young Professionals (YP) Parent Liaison
Elizabeth Cizek is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Member-At-Large—Young Professionals Parent Liaison. As Parent Liaison, Ms. Cizek is the YP parents’ link to the Executive Board and answers their concerns and questions. She holds parent meetings two to three times a year, at which time parents are informed of upcoming events and what volunteer positions are available for these events. Ms. Cizek holds a B.A. in Psychology. From 1985-95, and held the position of Psychiatric Technician and Special Education Administrator at Chestnut Lodge Hospital. She is an independent contractor for the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Ms. Cizek is the costumer for all YP productions. She is married and has three children.

RANDI COLLINS
24/7 Member-At-Large, Fundraising Chairperson
Randi Collins is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Member-At-Large—Fundraising Chairperson. She served as President of the Mom’s Club of Frederick, Maryland West for two terms and volunteers in her children’s schools. Ms. Collins assisted with the fundraising efforts of several local non-profit organizations. Ms. Collins is a wife and mother of three children.

SCARLETT GIBB
24/7 SRC Member-At-Large, Business Sponsorship
Scarlett Gibb is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Business Sponsorship. Ms. Gibb is the Team Lead and Customer Relationship Manager for the Electronic Research Applications (eRA) for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She is married and the mother of three children, one of whom is a 24/7 SRC student. Ms. Gibb believes that 24/7 SRC is a unique opportunity for children to grow and learn the value of creative arts.

CINDY HSU
24/7 SRC Board Secretary
Cindy Hsu is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Secretary. She has a degree in dance from Colorado State University. She performed throughout New York City with Manhattan Tap II and as a guest artist-in-residence. Ms. Hsu toured with the National Tap Ensemble, was on the faculty of the annual National Tap Seminar, directed and danced with Step Aside Tap Company in Silver Spring, Maryland, and choreographed and taught classes, workshops, and residencies in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, New York, and Virginia. Ms. Hsu is working towards a Master’s degree in Arts Management from the American University, Washington, DC. Currently, Ms. Hsu holds the position of Studio Manager, Joy of Motion’s Dance Studio, Bethesda, MD.

JENNIFER HUBER
24/7 SRC, Treasurer
Jennifer Huber is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Treasurer. Ms. Huber is the Accounting Manager for Blaine Window Repair Service, Inc. She is also Secretary/Treasurer for their board. Ms. Huber has chaired a few committees for her children’s school PTA. She is married and is the mother of two girls. Her oldest is a 24/7 SRC student.

JOANNE KEISTER
24/7 SRC, Member-At-Large, Dance Fusion Parent Liaison, Hagerstown, MD
Joanne Keister is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Member-At-Large--Dance Fusion Parent Liaison, Hagerstown. As Parent Liaison, Ms. Keister is the Dance Fusion parents’ link to the Executive Board and answers their concerns and questions. She holds parent meetings two to three times a year, at which time parents are informed of upcoming events and what volunteer positions are available for these events. Ms. Keister is a part-time employee of 24/7 Dance Studio in Hagerstown. Previously, she was employed as a customer service representative for Allstate Insurance Company, held a similar position for the New York Mutual Insurance Company, and was a bank teller for NBT Bank. Ms. Keister is married and has two daughters who are members of Dance Fusion.

JANET KELMAN
24/7 SRC, President
Janet Kelman is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of President. She previously held the position of Member-at-Large. Ms. Kelman is the Director, Operations and Logistics, for Daly Computers, Inc. A single mother, she has two children, both are graduates of the 24/7 SRC program. Although her children are no longer students with 24/7 SRC, Ms. Kelman knows the value that dance and theater have in a child’s life and continues to support the important programs offered at 24/7 SRC.

JAY KING
24/7 SRC, Member At-Large
Jay King is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the position of Member-At-Large. Mr. King is a graduate of The Culinary institute of America in 1985. He is a Chef Manager for Sodexo at Asbury Methodist Village, Gaithersburg, MD. He is married and the father of three children, two of whom are 24/7 SRC students. Mr. King believes that 24/7 SRC is a great place for his children and his community.

GINA KORRELL
24/7 SRC Member-At-Large and Advisor to Dance Fusion
She is the owner/director of 24/7 Dance Studio (separate from the non-profit 24/7 Student Repertory Company) and has taught dance for over 25 years. She writes her own dance syllabus for her 24/7 dance classes and worked in collaboration with the National Standards of Dance, Dance Masters of America and several other publications to create a progressive syllabus that provides an evaluation of the student at the end of each session. In 2008, Ms. Korrell became a board member of the Maryland Council for Dance. She played a vital role in establishing Fredrick County’s first and only dance scholarship program. Ms. Korrell is married and has three children, one of which is a member of the 24/7 SRC Young Professionals Theater Group.

MONIQUE NEWSOM
24/7 SRC, Member At-Large
Monique Newsom is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the positions of Member-At-large. She has a BM Music, Concentration in Piano Performance, Summa Cum Laude, from Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH. Ms. Newsom has 30 years performance experience and 10 years teaching experience (piano). She has been an accompanist for our students in 24/7 SRC productions and is a percussionist with the award winning Spires Brass Band of Frederick, MD. Ms. Newsom is the Director of Sales Operations for the Music and Arts Center, a nationwide music retailer specializing in supporting music students and music educators. Ms. Newsom is the proud mother of three children.

ARLENE PERKINS
24/7 SRC Vice President and Grants Chairperson
Arlene Perkins is a 24/7 SRC Executive Board member and holds the positions of Vice President and Grants Chairperson. She is a retired Senior Management Analyst for the US DOL, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Currently, Ms. Perkins holds the position of Vice President of the Maryland Homeowner’s Association, another non-profit, all-volunteer organization. She has held Board positions on three homeowner’s associations, including the position of President for four years. For six years, Mrs. Perkins was a Montgomery County Commissioner, Commission on Common Ownership Communities, and served as its President for two consecutive terms. She has extensive skills in research, organization, and dispute resolution. Ms. Perkins is married, the mother of two adult children and 4 grandchildren, two of whom are students with 24/7.
