With its many challenges and opportunities, the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) dominates the state and local education landscape today. What the long-term effects of NCLB will be on funding and support for arts education in the schools remain unclear. Schools in some states report the amount of instructional time devoted to reading, writing, math and science has increased due to standardized testing while education in the arts it has declined. What is the solution? Providing more opportunities for students to participate in outside arts organizations like 24/7 SRC so that they are not missing out on a vital tool to help them succeed in the future.
We do this by providing our students extraordinary educational experiences that promote self esteem, self awareness and team work. The average cost to participate is over $2500.00 a year.
Through the generosity of our sponsors we have been able to travel and broaden the experience of our performers. Since conception the program has grown from a three level dance company of 9, to two dance companies, and a theatre company with over 50 members.

The 24/7 SRC Artist Volunteer is the support arm of the Company, composed of those members who wish to personally assist the organization with its goals and fund-raising efforts. The SRC could not exist without the volunteer participation of parents and friends. It takes hundreds of hours and many, many volunteers to make these programs possible. We need your help.
